Pastor Joel & Shenae Andrus

Pastor Joel and Shenae Andrus have served Lighthouse Church as Lead Pastor since August of 2022. Before this, they served as Assistant Pastor and in numerous ministries for over 14 years. They are both recording artists and published authors. Joel has a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Studies from Wilmington University and a Master’s degree from Regent University School of Divinity in Church Leadership. Shenae graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and now studies at Regent University, with plans to graduate with her Master’s in 2025. They long to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the communities of Delaware and are humbled to lead Lighthouse as a missional church to the First State. Joel and Shenae are blessed with two beautiful children – Ella and Arden. During family time, Joel and Shenae live off of coffee, enjoy long walks outdoors, and excursions with their little crew.

BISHOP ROYCE & GLENDA ANDRUS

Bishop Royce and Glenda Andrus founded Lighthouse Church in 1971 in a small Kiwanis center. Over five decades, they’ve led Lighthouse in expansive growth, culminating in the new campus on Rt. 1. Bishop Andrus holds a Doctor of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian College and a Bachelor of Theology from Texas Bible College. Glenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Delaware State University and is presently earning a Master in Family Counseling from Liberty University. Glenda is the author of numerous books and Bishop Andrus hosts “Monday Noon-Time Devotions” which reaches thousands on a weekly basis. Outside of ministry, Bishop Andrus enjoys fishing, while Glenda finds inspiration in painting scenes of nature. Their truest happiness lies in cherished moments with their children and grandchildren.
